Initiative overview

The class.com relaunch was a comprehensive redesign with an entirely new WordPress architecture. After our selected web agency unexpectedly closed their doors, our in-house team of three was tasked with taking on the entirety of the website project. Despite this setback, we still launched the site within scope and on schedule.

  • Designed for buyers: The new site was optimized for the buyer’s journey, tripling the number of primary pages from 12 to 33, including new use case, feature, and platform pages.
  • Enhanced performance: Site health improved from 62% to 95%, resulting in faster load times and better technical SEO. 
  • Better web management: The new site backend allows Marketing to develop pages faster, more efficiently, and on brand—supporting cross-functional and go-to-market efforts with better outcomes at lower costs.
