Customer story initiative

Initiative overview

At Class, a key marketing goal was to amplify the customer’s voice on the website and in various marketing materials. To effectively achieve this, I developed standardized and templatized customer story assets, including a versatile WordPress post type equipped with adaptable story modules, social media assets, Sales slides, and a customer quote library. Additionally, I designed a customized workflow that streamlined the production process and shortened the time to publish.

  • Improved sales: In a survey conducted in July 2024, 95% of prospect- and customer-facing colleagues selected customer stories as the most impactful marketing collateral in meeting their sales goals
